- FitLifeJapan ships international orders via Japan Post EMS. Though slightly more expensive than standard postal shipping, EMS insures your order against damage or loss and you also get a tracking number that allows you to log on to the Japan Post site to track your shipment anytime. Delivery time can be from 2-4 business days depending on the destination. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for any customs or duties levied at the destination country. That means that if your order is held up by your country's custom offer, you will be responsible for paying any custom duties levied on the purchase. It is impossible for us to know in advance what taxes each country will impose on an order. We suggest you contact your country's custom's office for more information. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning our shipping methods.
- Privacy & Security
- As a customer or a subscriber to our newsletter, you have a right to privacy. FitLifeJapan does not sell or release your private information or email address to any third party. All communicaiton between you and FitLifeJapan will be on an opt-in basis. You can choose to opt-out of our emails at any time. Since your payment is handled by PayPal, we have no access to your credi card data and we will never as you to submit that data to us directly. So if you get an email asking you for credit details, ignore it, it's not us.
- Returns & Replacements
- FitLifeJapan gaurantees the quality of all our orders. If you receive a product that is spoiled, let us know, and we'll work with you to get a full refund or replacement. Depending on the order and product in question, we may ask you for details of the product damage and possibly a digital photo to help confirm the damage. In the case of a damaged order due to improper shipping, we will work with you to submit a claim to the EMS shipping provider.

- At the moment we handle all orders via our online store. If you wish to place a special order please use the contact form and provide details of the type of product you would like to order.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments are handle through PayPal. At the monet, this is the safest and easiest way for us to process your payment. If you have special payment needs please contact us directly.
- Viewing Orders
- All customers can log in to the FitLifeJapan Shop and view their order information. A log in and password will be issued upon completion of your order.
- Updating Account Information
- Customers can update their personal information as well as change email address, password and other account data by logging into their account on the FitLifeJapan Shop site.
